Where's the Beef?

The operations listed below have implemented the Verified Beef Production program, a cattle industry management system designed to reduce and prevent food safety hazards.
Almost a 100 operations (and growing) in BC are registered in this program, and within this group the following provide to the local market by making their beef available in a number of ways: home delivery, retail outlets, farmers markets and/or through farm gate stores.
