VBP is designed to minimize potential beef food safety hazards on your farm operation using the internationally accepted food safety standard called “HACCP” (pronounced haa-sip). For the majority of beef operations, VBP complements the excellent practices already in place and demonstrates due diligence to your buyers and to the world. It is voluntary. It is simple.
